A man was shot in the hand early Tuesday after refusing to give money to thugs in the Mission district, police said, but he’s expected to survive. When the victim refused to give up his money, one of the goons reportedly whipped out a gun. The victim put his hands up, police said, but still got shot. The suspects fled without stealing anything, police said.
