A Redwood City man was arrested last week after allegedly trying to ship 100 grams of cocaine and 3 kilos of methamphetamine to the Philippines, according to the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office.

Gabriel Uribe-Bautista was arrested after returning to a FedEx store to inquire about why the two packages he had sent Aug. 24 did not arrive at their destination. He is in custody on $4,025,000 bail. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Monday.
