Police are seeking the public’s help in tracking down two predators wanted in connection with a Mission district sexual assault last month.
On June 15, about 2 a.m., a woman reported that she was attacked in the area of Mission Street and Erie Alley, police said. One of the men put the victim in a bear hug and sexually assaulted her.
The first suspect was described as a black man in his early 20s, 5-foot-4 and 140 pounds with a piercing above his right eye, police said. A detailed description was not available for the second suspect.
Police said they are looking into a similar attack that took place June 18 that could be related to the June 15 incident.
