A man’s bike, helmet and sunglasses were stolen, police said. The victim saw that the cabinet where he kept his bike had been forced open.
Unit block of Phelan Avenue, 5:15 p.m. Monday
A City College of San Francisco student’s tripod was stolen, police said. The victim was working on a film project with classmates and had left the tripod in the hall for a few minutes. When he returned, it was gone.
800 block of Connecticut Street, 4:30 p.m. Sunday
A bad son threatened his mom at knifepoint, police said. The victim, 46, told police her son threatened to cut her throat if she didn’t buy him a video game. He was subsequently disarmed and arrested.
200 block of Harbor Road 12:15 p.m. Sunday
A 39-year-old woman’s purse was stolen from her own home, police said. Two women barged into the victim’s home accusing the victim of stealing one of their purses the day before.
