Three held up in separate SF gunpoint robberies Monday

Gunpoint robberies ruled the day Monday, except for one victim whose phone was ripped from her hands.

Sanchez and 27th streets
11:23 p.m. Monday

A man, 40, was robbed of his cellphone at gunpoint, police said. The suspect, described as a man in his 20s, fled on foot.

Lowell and Hanover streets
11:15 p.m. Monday

A 23-year-old man was robbed at gunpoint, police said. The victim was walking when confronted by the suspect, described as a man in his 30s, who stole the victim’s wallet and cellphone.

Fourth and Market streets
10:30 p.m. Monday

A 25-year-old woman’s cellphone was ripped from her hands, police said. The crook, described as a man in his mid-20s, fled on foot.

Carolina and 23rd streets
11 p.m. Monday

A 35-year-old man was robbed at gunpoint for his cash, police said. The gun-toting goons who robbed him were described by police as a man in his 20s and a teenage boy.
