Man stabbed in Mission district robbery

A good reason to stop smoking.

A man was stabbed in the arm and robbed in the Mission early Tuesday morning, police said.

The 35-year-old victim was walking in the 2800 block of Bryant Street around 2:40 a.m. when two men in their 20s ran across the street and confronted him.

One of the thugs demanded that the victim “give him everything,” police said. Then he lunged at the victim and stabbed him in the inner forearm.

The stab-happy goon grabbed the victim’s phone and cigarettes and the two fiends fled on foot. No arrests have been made.

The victim was treated at the hospital for his nonlife-threatening injuries.
