A man was assaulted with a picture frame and another was stabbed during a fight in early week mayhem.

Unit block of 30th Street
2:45 a.m. Tuesday
It was a real frame-up. An argument between two men in their 40s turned physical with one of the men throwing a picture frame at the victim, police said.

24th and Folsom streets
2:30 p.m. Monday
A 23-year-old man was stabbed during the course of a fight, police said. The suspect, described as a man in his 20s, fled. The victim’s injuries were not serious.

1800 block of Ocean Avenue
6 p.m. Monday
A house was ransacked and burglarized, police said. Investigating officers found the victim’s front door severely damaged. Inside several items were damaged and strewn about. Several items were stolen

Ellis and Leavenworth streets
3:20 a.m. Tuesday
A 26-year-old man was robbed at gunpoint, police said. The crook fled with the victim’s cash and cellphone.
