A San Francisco man was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of murdering a 37-year-old woman whose body was found last week at a rundown South of Market hotel, police said Thursday.
Just before 7 p.m. Feb. 2, police responded to the Winsor Hotel at 20 Sixth St., near Market Street, on a report of a death.
On Tuesday, the medical examiner ruled Rebekah Wilson’s death a homicide. Investigators later arrested 59-year-old Rodney Pool.
Police have not said how Wilson was killed. It was the fifth homicide reported in The City this year.
