Crooks empty lockers, pockets and bank vaults in SF crimes

A bandit pulled a bank heist, two twenty-somethings were robbed and a gym locker was cleaned out in mid-week crimes.

100 block of Post Street
12:35 p.m. Wednesday

A man in his 50s robbed a bank, police said. The bandit walked in and demanded money and the teller complied. No weapon was seen and the crook fled on foot.

Sacramento and Stockton streets
10 p.m. Wednesday

A 26-year-old woman was assaulted and robbed, police said. The victim was waiting at the bus stop when the 18-year-old crook came up, kicked her in the shin and fled with her cellphone.

50 Phelan Ave.
1 p.m. Tuesday

A man’s clothing and belonging’s were stolen out of a gym locker, police said. The victim was working out at a City College campus wellness center when he returned and found his goods gone.

Lane Street and Palou Avenue
10:40 p.m. Wednesday

A 22-year-old man was robbed by two gun-toting goons, police said. The crooks fled with the victim’s cash, cellphone and MP3 player.
