These gun-toting robbers weren’t playing games.
Authorities are investigating the second armed robbery at a San Carlos video game store in less than six months.
San Mateo County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the GameStop at 1135 Industrial Road about 8:20 p.m. on Monday.
The clerk reported that three greedy thugs entered the business, brandished a gun and demanded cash. They fled and hadn’t been found as of Tuesday, deputies said.
The same store was robbed in August, but a suspect in that case is in custody, deputies said. The evidence suggests there is no connection between the two robberies, they said.
