A teenaged girl was shot in the leg in the Western Addition on Tuesday, cops said.

The 15-year-old victim was walking in the 1800 block of Eddy Street around 8:40 p.m. when she was struck in her upper right leg, police said. She was taken to the hospital for her injury, which was not life threatening.

The suspect in the shooting remains unknown as of Wednesday morning.
