A man was stabbed numerous times in the chest Sunday during a robbery in San Francisco’s Bernal Heights neighborhood, cops said.
The 26-year-old victim was walking home in the 100 block of Precita Avenue around 4:40 a.m. when he was approached by two crooks, police said.
One of the crooks, described by police as a man in his 20s, asked the victim for a dollar before stabbing him numerous times in the chest. The two goons took the victim’s backpack and fled.
The victim was treated at the hospital for his injuries, which were not life threatening.
