A 19-year-old woman was injured in a brutal WrestleMania-style beating early Thursday, following a spat over music volume in the Bayview housing projects, police said.

The teenager was attacked in the 200 block of Westpoint Road around 12:45 a.m.

An enraged 36-year-old woman smashed a plate over the teen’s head, then slammed her head against the wall, police said.

The victim suffered a head laceration and was transported to San Francisco General Hospital with nonlife-threatening injuries, police said.

The 36-year-old was subsequently arrested, police said.
