A 34-year-old man leaving a San Francisco medical marijuana dispensary was robbed at gunpoint of more than a pound of pot Tuesday afternoon, police said.

The thug, described only as a man in his late teens or early 20s, put a gun to the victim’s face and demanded “weed” in front of the shop in the 900 block of Geary Street.

The victim handed over a satchel with cash and 1.25 pounds of medical marijuana. He was not injured.

The suspect fled in a black pick-up truck with a paper plate, police said. Police were called to the scene just before 1 p.m.

There has been no arrest, police said.
