A woman was cut in the face by a knife-wielding hoodlum Thursday morning, cops said.

The 39-year-old victim was in the 100 block of 6th Street around 9 a.m. when the 45-year-old suspect cut her face with a knife and fled, police said.

The victim was uncooperative with police, they said. Her cuts were superficial and she refused treatment. No arrest has been made.
