The 19-year-old woman killed in a Seattle shooting that may be linked to the suspect shot dead by Bayview cops on Saturday was not pregnant, the teen’s aunt told The Seattle Times.
Kenneth Harding, 19, of Seattle, was the person of interest in a quadruple shooting last week in South Seattle that killed Tanaya Gilbert, an innocent bystander. Relatives believed Gilbert was seven weeks pregnant.
Three days after Gilbert’s death, Harding was killed by San Francisco cops after allegedly opening fire on them while evading the Muni fare on the T-Third line.
The Seattle Times has reported that Gilbert was not pregnant. The medical examiner told Gilbert's mother the autopsy reports prove she wasn't, the newspaper reported.
The King County Medical Examiner would not confirm that claim to The San Francisco Examiner, saying the information would not be publicly available until the death certificate is filed.
