Police received a distress call from a San Francisco woman Tuesday morning who said “20 Arab males” were inside her home screaming.

When cops showed up, they found no one but the 90-year-old woman inside the residence in the 1400 block of 44th Avenue.

The elderly woman was disoriented and placed on mental health detention, police said.
