Security at a San Francisco mall signed a citizen’s arrest against two people soliciting signatures for a ballot measure Tuesday, saying they were harassing people.
Police responded to the Stonestown Galleria Mall around 1:14 p.m.
Security officers asked the solicitors to stop bothering folks, but they refused, stating they were exercising their freedom of speech, police at Taraval Station said Thursday.
