A gambler lost more than he bargained for after “a game of chance” Thursday, cops said.
A 31-year-old man lost “a game of chance” to a 40-year-old hustler in the unit block of California Street around 11:20 a.m., police said.
When the victim went to the ATM to withdraw more money two strong-arm thugs, described by police as 35-year-old black men, grabbed the victim’s arms while the hustler took his money, cops said.
The thieves fled on foot. No arrests have been made.
