A punk peeved over the placement of a potted plant in his building terrified his neighbor with some kind of “club” device Saturday morning, police said.

The suspect didn’t strike anyone, but he was irate enough to frighten the neighbor and alarm others in the unit block of Valley Street, police said.

The suspect dropped the club, and fled. Cops did not locate him, police said.
