A robber threatened to shoot a West Portal bank teller on Saturday who handed over a “small amount of cash” during the heist, police said.
The crook robbed the bank in the 200 block of West Portal Avenue at 1:30 p.m. The 22-year-old female teller did not give up all the cash, so the suspect, a man in his late 20s, threatened to shoot her, police said.
The teller complied. The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount
It was unclear if the crook had a gun, police said.
There has been no arrest.
