A boozed-up dad struggled to keep his balance as he pushed his 2-year-old in a stroller last week, police said.

Around 2:50 p.m. on Jan. 3, cops arrested a 40-year-old Richmond district resident for child neglect, saying they saw him “staggering” in the 1700 block of Fulton Street.

“He was drunk and he fought with the police but was subdued,” police said.

The child was taken to child protective services. The child’s mother could not be located, police said.
