A 57-year-old woman was robbed while sitting in her car in the Tenderloin on Tuesday.
The thug claimed to have a gun, but never showed it during the afternoon heist near Leavenworth Street and Golden Gate Avenue, an intersection known for rampant drug-dealing, police said.
The woman lost her purse, cell phone, ID and cash, police said. Around 2:20 p.m., the suspect, who was in his 30s, walked up to her car, opened the door and demanded her belongings, saying he had a gun, cops said. She complied with the crook, though she never saw the piece, police said.
No arrest has been made.
