Yet another inappropriate public display of self-affection.

A man was arrested in the Lakeside neighborhood last week for allegedly pleasuring himself while using a computer at the public library.

Police were called to the library about 2:25 p.m. Monday in the 100 block of Winston Drive. A security guard detained the deviant until police arrived.

A records check showed the man is an unregistered sex offender, police said. He was arrested.
