…and the hits keep on coming. Here’s your Vice-President once again shooting himself in the foot in the act of putting his foot in his mouth:

As you probably know, some American politicians and American journalists refer to Washington, DC as the “capital of the free world.”  But it seems to me that this great city, which boasts 1,000 years of history and which serves as the capital of Belgium, the home of the European Union, and the headquarters for NATO, this city has its own legitimate claim to that title.

But regardless of what Biden says, the EU can lay claim to being co-leaders of the free world when they start funding their militaries again, instead of pouring that money down a sinkhole of welfare state benefits knowing that we’ll come in guns blazing and save them if things go all caddywhompus.
