President Obama will meet tonight with Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., as Republicans and Democrats struggle to find agreement on a deal to raise the $14.3 trillion debt ceiling.
Republican House members are now talking via conference call to Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, who said he wants to create a framework for a deal that encompasses the GOP's "cut, cap and balance plan."

Boehner is looking at a plan to raise the debt ceiling in two increments with at least the $3 trillion in savings that he had negotiated with Obama last week before those talks broke down.
