OK, so maybe Jack Black isn’t on board this particular incarnation. But it sounds like a heck of a fun time anyway.
On July 12 at San Francisco’s intimate Rickshaw Stop, the School of Rock All Stars will be performing as part of a 22-city national tour that’s raising money for Ronald McDonald House Charities. And you never know which star of tomorrow you might catch in their humble beginnings today at such an event. The All Stars are the top-tiered talent from School Of Rock’s national music program.
The tour is being billed as “Rock the House.” And School Of Rock CEO Chris Catalano is justifiably excited about the linkup.
“RMHC is the perfect partner for our All Star Tour and our schools,” he said. “Many of which operate in the same communities as local RMHC chapters. The concept of kids helping kids is, at its very core, an idea worth sharing.”
