A senior Republican Senate aide says that the House has indicated it will not agree to let the Senate leave for a full recess over Memorial Day in an attempt to block President Obama from making any appointments during the break next week.
Under the U.S Constitution, neither chamber can adjourn for more than three days unless both chambers agree to it.

Arnold Schwarzenegger 10 years ago has been identified as Mildred Patricia Baena, a housekeeper/assistant who worked for the Schwarzenegger-Shriver family for more than 20 years, according to online sources. Osama bin Laden, who used a family inheritance to build the global terrorist network that killed almost 3,000 people in the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks targeting New York and Washington, has died in a U.S. military action, according to President Barack Obama.
