The Giants put Ryan Vogelsong on the 15-day disabled list Tuesday and prepared to be without their right-hander for two months in yet another challenge for their struggling starting rotation. The Giants’ prized pitching rotation took one more pounding. Barry Zito couldn’t get on track in a second consecutive ineffective outing, and the Giants lost 5-0 to the Colorado Rockies on Sunday. A 1-5 road swing finished with another thud. Arencibia and Adam Lind each hit two-run home runs, Ramon Ortiz won for the first time since 2011 and the Toronto Blue Jays won their season-high fourth straight game Wednesday night, beating Vogelsong and the Giants 11-3.
