Peninsula train service was stalled on Caltrain for nearly 90 minutes Monday afternoon when crews discovered a deceased passenger on board a train.An unresponsive 61-year-old male passenger was found on the #151 train headed for San Francisco around 2 p.m.Crews noticed the passenger when they arrived at the Hillsdale Station in San Mateo, according to Caltrain spokeswoman Christine Dunn.
